12/18/2019	Mr. Steele stated that he had spoken with Shawn Shouse about applications that would help control the discharged water. Mr. Steele plans to install a gated valve on his discharge pipe to the SSB#1. This would allow him to control when that water is released and reduce the chance of it co-mingling with storm water from the road ditch. In addition, Mr. Steele has moved materials around in his feed storage area to minimize the chance of materials mixing with storm water and leaving the property. Mr. Steele is still planning to add controls to his feed storage area. Family health problems have limited his ability to complete the required actions by the determined time. 			Met with Mr. Steele and discussed the control of processed wastewater that is flowing to the roadside ditch. Mr. Steele stated that he hoped to complete during 2021. The area is being monitored to control any release until the modifications are completed.
