5/16/2014	Checked status of compost pile from requirements made during most recent inspection. Memo with photos attached. Sent Kellie Blaire an email..below. --------------------- Good Morning! I looked at the site yesterday. I took photos and see where a curb was made along the sides of the apron. While the silt fences that were installed will prevent erosion, I honestly don’t know how well they will be for leachate that leaves the compost apron. I’ve never seen anybody use silt fence for this type of activity so I guess we will see. I think it would help you if the curb extended more towards the south and the leachate was pumped out when it was full. ALISON MANZ	ALISON MANZ
