1/15/2013	At or about 8:50 a.m. on 1/15/2013, I drove by the Hog Haven Confinement Facility. There were multiple vehicles in the parking area but none of the fans appeared to be running and there did not appear to be any steam coming from any of the exhaust fans on any of the buildings. The outdoor temperature was approximately 20 degrees Fahrenheit.	DAN OLSON
