10/8/2009	statement of complaint that basin was overflowing was not observed to be accurate although freeboard appeared to be an issue. It was stated that the site was being sold and the facility would not be populated. A Puck Custom Manure applicator truck was onsite however planned application could not be confirmed as the owner was not available after investigation. Dan Olson put basin on inspection list to check freeboard etc.	THAD NANFITO
