5/14/2025	On May 13, 2025, Jeremy Clark contacted FO4 to let us know that closure had been completed. I followed up later that day to document that proper closure had been completed. At this time, the basin is considered closed, and no further action is needed.	JOHN BAKER

4/25/2025	On April 25, 2025, Jeremy Clark with ESB Clark Heavy Construction, called me to discuss the requirements for the basin at the Hog Haven Site. At this time, I still have not received any plan of closure or repairs.	JOHN BAKER
4/25/2025	On April 15, I contacted the owner to get an update on the site. At that time, I was unable to reach them.	JOHN BAKER

3/4/2025	A plan of action for this facility must be sent to Field Office 4 by April 1, 2025. The plan of action must state the plans for this facility to include a date of completion for either removal of the basin if ceasing operations or repairs to the basin if staying in operation.	JOHN BAKER
