11/17/2023	During the inspection it was noted that severe erosion was occurring along the inner berm and is no longer at a 3:1 slope. Plans should be made to make repairs to the basin. I also observed several larger animal burrows along the top and outer parts of the berm. The burrows must be repaired and the animal eliminated. Also, better weed control is encouraged as an abundance of weeds prevents a thorough inspection and provides a good habitat for burrowing animals.	JOHN BAKER
