8/1/2008	Stormwater flows into the basin at the SW corner just west of the NE corner and at one point along the south berm. The inner berms were difficult to observe due to weed growth. It was difficult to check for burrows due to weed growth. A combination of mowing and spraying is recommended to control weeds & vegetation around the lagoon. 3'' freeboard in N cell and 6'' in south cell. No groundwater lowering tile.
