7/18/2018	No discharge has been noted from this facility to two surface tile intakes that are in close vicinity to the feedlots. On the west side of the road, a runoff retention basin has been constructed since my workplan visit in 2015. On the east side of the road, feedlot runoff was not flowing to the intake, but onto the neighbor's field. There is currently no action required of the operation, though I did recommend that they improve runoff controls on the east side of the road. I have marked this facility as 'permanent remedy completed' as there is no need to return to the site, unless prompted by a complaint or future routine visit.	JEREMY KLATT
