7/20/2010	On January 8 2008 Ryan Young and I visited the feedlot located in the SW ¼ of Section 10 T85N R35W Carroll County. The purpose of the visit was to observe the recently constructed manure control facilities to ensure compliance with applicable open feedlot regulations. We observed the solids settling controls for the south east pen which consist of three picket outlets on the southwest fencline which is run on grade. A temporary fence is located approximately 20 feet inside of the permanent fence which appears to serve as a settling area and is accessible with equipment for manure removal. During the visit the three discharge areas below the picket outlets appeared to be free of manure solids. The controls previously discussed appeared to be installed on the northeast corner of the north pen (photographs and aerial photos are attached).	AfoLOADInsp-2-07/20/2010
