4/6/2012	I met with Matt on site at the confinement. Matt stated that he had a fire in the building the records were stored in (fired gutted building still on site). Matt was able to produce the soil samples and receipts for manure application for fall 2011 only. I provided Matt with a copy of the MMP Recordkeeping form and reminded him of all the items we require on an application record. Matt stated that he has hired someone new to write his MMP and I encouraged him to have that individual call me so that we can discuss the status of the site and requirements for compliance of this site and the MMP.
