4/8/2010	I visited this site on 03/26/2010. Mr Staab has a NMP permit for 2000 aminals that was submitted in 2007. Mr. Staab has no NPDES due to claiming NO DISCHARGE. In the summer of 2009, this operation was expanded from 2000 to 2600 open lot cattle by adding 3 pens to the east end of the site. There are no confinement animals on site.	DON CUNNINGHAM
