11/17/2014	Follow up visit with Paul Petitti to see how construction turned out on open lot controls and to make sure all pens are being operated as open lots. We also discussed the need for being a public water supply and discussed all the wells and water withdrawal permits that are needed, as well as the location of some of the wells being too close to the feedlots.
