7/29/2009	Complete NPDES inspeciton at this facility. Manure not totally contained on east side next to receiving barns and on west side of facility where it runs to the west down the draw. Address compost pile and move within containment. Records were lacking in some areas for NPDES permit and NMP. Most of facility was well operated and manure/runoff/feed well contained. NPDES report and NMP inspection report written.	CINDY MARTENS
