8/24/2010	-applied to neighbor's fields in Spring 2010 that aren't in plan yet - get documentation ASAP (soil sampling, RUSLE2s, P-Index, agreements, SOI, etc.) - Technical NOV -update N availability - used 83% and 17% - these are not accepted numbers -if list fields in plans for both sites, cannot show app from both sites in any given year -soil sampling done fall 2006, so must be redone this fall -make sure to show both odd and even years on Pg. 3	SHEILA KENNY
