2/14/2014	2/13/14 - Visited the site, they had a wooden cover over the road culvert so nothing could go through it. Could see the manure liquid coming up in the ditch and kicking some of the snow around revealed more manure still in the ditch. Called Kevin and he said they would get on it. When I later returned, the farm hand (Stacey) was scrapping the ditch with a tractor and loader and loading it up into a manure spreader. The area was at least 200 feet long. Told him to keep scrapping the ditch until you get it all up out of here and to really seal of the intake so no manure can move from the area. Told Kevin by phone the same thing and with the warm weather to keep the intake covered and any liquid that collects there should be pumped out of the ditch.	JEFF THEOBALD
2/14/2014	2/11/13 - Kevin called to let us know that his sand lane pumping station froze up and backed up into a sump pump which backed up into a tile that comes from across the road from his silage feed area. The liquid only backed up into the ditch on the north side of the road, right by the sump area. He indicated that it was contain in the ditch for about 100 foot area. They were working on getting the lane open again and would clean up the ditch.	JEFF THEOBALD
