1/3/2019	Doyle McKeever and I visited with Randy Gooters and son concerning the apparent runoff that happened over the weekend. We did not observe any run off taking place and conducted field tests on the creek water with no elevated ammonia levels detected. I explained to Mr. Grooters that if any runoff from land application takes place he is required to notify our office. I also recommended they consider a back up plan to de-water when ground is saturated, without causing runoff. I reminded him that he cannot discharge from settling basins during 25 yr 24 hr rainfall event, only SOFEB, if facility is operated according to permit.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
