7/14/2016	Visited facility on 7/13/2016. Were working on runoff controls, but not yet complete - picket fence was installed in the northeast corner of the facility, but still working on south feedlot pen solids settling basin - had yet to pour the concrete wall to contain runoff to the sump pump area - per Kris Kohl's design. Mr. Hortsman also stated that they plan to construct a VTA in the east portion of the northeast feedlot pen (this pen is bermed along the road ditch) to better contain runoff from the north pens. Also said that depending upon performance, may pump the runoff from the south feedlot pens to VTA instead of pumping up to crop ground as listed in Kris Kohl's design plan.	BRANDON MINER
