5/3/2011	1) Need to request TV Permit modification to change emission point characteristics for S120 as TV permit incorrectly identifies stack as having a vertical, unobstructed discharge. The last two construction permit supplements for this EP have correctly identified the discharge as horizontal. 2) Need to check on applicability of Subpart VVa with regard to three new valves which replaced connections. The original connections were installed prior to 2006 and were therefore not subject to VVa; however, the new valves obviously are post-2006.	TRENT LAMBERT
