10/11/2011	Follow up visit to NPDES inspection. Verified that RIck had made modifications to his site to properly retain any runoff which might occur from feed storage area. He built a berm across entire area that reaches to ditch. I also verified that he did not have feed stocks outside of storage building and was only pulling back small amount of covering from silage piles. Ok to go ahead now and issue permit.
