11/4/2010	Visited site because of complaint. SOFEB approximately 1/2 full. Solids settling area very full of manure - Mr. Koenen said will be cleaning out with excavator this fall. Mr. Koenen said that during the wet weather this fall that the SOFEB did not overflow, but there was a spot in the fenceline berm where the solids settling area overflowed into the farm field. He said he would build the berm back up as soon as possible.	BRANDON MINER
