6/6/2013	Site visit to check on facility after heavy rainfall (6+") over the weekend. Due to dry conditions in 2012 they didn't have to pump their basin at all. They indicated that their settling basin was emptied last week, but now the settling basin and SOFEB are both full. They were able to contain all the runoff but the SOFEB is within inches of running over. They were just in the process of staring up the center pivot to irrigate to the field on the north side of the facility. They were instructed to keep an eye on the application field also as the soils are already quite saturated. They recently applied for an NPDES permit (along with a confinement expansion, but no construction has started yet).	SHEILA KENNY
