12/7/2018	On September 18, 2018 I conducted an NPDES Compliance Inspection and there were deficiencies. An inspection report was sent dated September 26, 2018 (See Inspection ID 44007 in the Field Office Compliance Database). On November 14, 2018 I conducted a follow up inspection. The site addressed the requirements outlined in the inspection report dated September 26, 2018 and it appeared to be in substantial compliance. A letter dated December 5, 2018 was sent recapping observations made during the follow up visit and made some recommendations (see Staff Action ID 44007 in the Field Office Compliance Database)	BILL GIBBONS
