1/13/2011	Feedlot and controls appear to be in good condition with no discharges. NMP and land application records look good, but other records were found to be deficient, so NOV issued. REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: • The permit renewal application must be submitted to the Department by January 24, 2011. • All quarterly reports must be submitted within ten days after the end of the quarter and all annual reports must be submitted within ten days after the end of the year. Ensure that liquid levels are reported at the required frequency (at least weekly and after each rainfall event). • The staff gauge must be marked to indicate the capacity needed to hold the runoff from the 25-year, 24-hour storm. • Immediately submit the engineer’s certification that all structures were built under supervision of the engineer in accordance with the approved design plans and specifications. • Ensure that your records include all the requirements of the NPDES permit, as noted above.
