6/5/2013	Site visit to check on facility status after receiving heavy rainfall over the weekend. There was no one on site and no answer to my phone call at the time of this visit. However, there were no obvious discharges from the facility and SOFEB had several feet of freeboard remaining. The small area between the barns on the western portion of the facility appeared to drain back to the north away from containment, but only flows a short distance into the surrounding field and wouldn't get to a water of the state.
