Response is needed by 6/15/05.A NPDES permit can not be renewed until a written response is submitted to FO4 addressing:1)Elimination of the overflow structure associated with your lagoon.2)The solids should be excavated periodically from the solids settling structures.3)What are your intentions with the ‘pasture’ to the north of the feedlot pens? 4)The grass filter strip must not be used until it is established with proper vegetation.5)The NPDES permit Part I states the requirements for dewatering the lagoon.
