6/16/2021	After a few calls and emails on 6/8 and 6/9 from the environmental contact, Aditya Shah, I visited the facility to sample the oil and grease from the oil and water separator. Compressor oil is being collected in totes and the facility has set up an oil/water separator unit. The sample they collected for oil and grease was very high and didnt meet specifications, so I stopped by on 6/10 to collect my own sample to get an accurate result. The tote of clean water had about 1/4" of oil/grease on top but the rest was clear. The facility wants to discharge the water to the same outfall/stream as the ww permit. That permit will remain active and the oil and grease will need to be added to the new permit if this process continues. We will give a temporary limit and frequency to the facility at this time. We will allow the current tote to be discharged pending the lab results.	BRIAN LEE
