9/17/2024	Tele-meeting with Daron Tanko (Whirlpool) and Melinda McCoy (DNR NPDES staff) about whirlpools failed tox test and the location where the samples was collected. Permit requires monitoring at 003 but Whirlpool is monitoring after 003 combines with 002. Whirlpool is seeking requesting the tox testing location be modified. McCoy informed Whirlpool if they would like to request a change to this location, they need to submit a permit amendment request. McCoy sent Tanko an email on 9/16 indicating this and what information she would need for the permit amendment request.	TERRY JONES
