10/6/2016	Leaky gaskets were observed under one of the safer suction dispensers. Operator agreed to tighten to prevent leaks to ground surface. Spillage was found around AST. It was asked that the spillage be cleaned with oil dry and the tank evaluated. The operator followed-up with an email regarding the replacement of the tank with one which had secondary containment.
