Regardless of current tank status, the 30-day walkthrough inspection records and testing records of the overfill and other containment sumps should be available since these requirements have been in place since October 2021. 3/21/2023 Sean Elston called today to talk about the tank and follow up requirements. He said the tank is out of service and has been since October 2022 as they decide what to do--replace or AST. In the meantime they have been fueling at the airport. I encouraged him to complete the temp closure form. He was going to ask Acterra to respond to the DNR.
