7/12/2016	Conducted a follow up visit and met with Tonya Burgess to discuss several recommendations and a couple requirements from the March 2016 TV AQ Inspection I conducted. Tonya and I reviewed my comment section of the report and discussed several items that I'd asked the facility to check into. She indicated she's working on construction permit modifications (which address several of my issues from the inspection), she'd already clarified the issue about the stack characteristic issues for the paint booth (which I had mistakenly observed the wrong stack during the inspection so they were ok on that one), they labeled the stack like I recommended and she's going to rescind some old air permits. Tonya told me she's send me a summary of what she's worked on and still working on.	KURT LEVETZOW
