12/18/2009	Completed inspection to see if site needed an additional General Permit # 1 for a loading area in Ottumwa. Agridyne hires Mr. Doyle Veldhuizen to truck material to a rail car near 435 Mill Street in Ottumwa from Ajinomoto facility. Product is no longer Ajinomoto's once it leaves the facility. Product is not exposed to storm water unless a spill occurs, in which case this office would need to be notified and the spill remediated accordingly. No action is required by Ajinomoto LLC (as discussed with Rob Saunders on 12/18/09).	BRIAN LEE
