8/3/2009	Weeds are excessive in the south cell and must be controlled in order for thorough inspections to be conducted. There are several cement blocks on the top NE berm of the north cell. The blocks must be disposed elsewhere so as not to compromise the integrity of the berm, or broken into smaller pieces and placed on the inner berm for slope stability.	MICHELLE JOHNSON
