			The ground around each of the wells has settled. It was reported that the settling was due to recent well maintenance activities. Subparagraph 567 IAC 43.3(7)"b"(1) requires that drainage must be directed away form the well in all directions for a minimum radius of 15 feet. The area around the wells must be re-graded to provide proper drainage away from the well.
			Static and pumping water levels must be measured and recorded once per month for all active groundwater sources unless otherwise approved by the Department. If an airline is not present or no longer functioning, it must be replaced the next time the pump is pulled for repairs. 567 IAC 42.4(3)"a"(2)6
