10/20/2023	Sheila Bly accompanied EPA inspector Joe Heafner on his inspection of the Daybreak egg breaking facility in Eagle Grove. The information will be included in the inspection report for the City of Eagle Grove, but emphasis was placed on the frequent violations of the treatment agreement limits, especially for BOD and pH.
