6/16/2022	Visited the new Daybreak site at 1335 225th St, Eagle Grove, IA 50533. They have been having issues with pH violations, and have potentially caused foaming incidents at the municipal plant. They are going to be installing pH adjustment equipment in the near future. An NOV will be issued with the 6 month review. See memo for details.	JACOB DONAGHY
