			EP-1 Emergency Generator: 1. Records during the review period showed some instances of maintenance testing taking place outside of the permitted dailytime hours allowed. The facility must ensure maintenance and readiness testing only be conducted between 9 AM and 4 PM, or request the permit be amended. 2. Total operating hours were being tracked, but not in the 12-month rolling format required by the permit. The running hours shown on the engine's hour meter is being recorded weekly. The emergency operating hours were also not being tracked separately from the maintenance and readiness testing hours. A spreadsheet to assist in keeping records in the format required by the permit was provided following the inspection.
