9/22/2016	Received response letter on plans to address the storm water runoff. The culvert under the road has been capped. They will continue to monitor any discharges from the storm water basin for contamination. Letter is attached.	DANIEL WATTERSON
9/8/2016	Nick Wilson-site manager called on 8/25/16 to update me on the progress to eliminate the discharge. He said the have now completely closed off the culvert under the road. They have also but a better plug over the outlet of the stormwater basin and have seen very little water come out the drain tiles. He will put together a written report and send to me also. 8/17/2016	Completed onsite inspection. No manure spills or discharges documented. There continues to be an issue with contaminated storm water drainage leaving the site and entering a tile intake. Since the drainage couldn't be linked to runoff from a production area, it appears this is a housekeeping improvement issue. A plan of actions has been requested to help ensure steps are being taken.
