He also showed me a picture of the discolored water taken by his cell phone. He took the initiative to test the water with a nitrate test strip. He stated to me that the result was 10 mg/L as N. This concentration is at the health based drinking water standard established by the US EPA and adopted into rule by the State of Iowa.	JANET GASTINEAU
