2/22/2010	I visited the site with RW Smith and found the south sump to be dry and the north could not be opened due to weather conditions. RW will open it up and photo document condition by 4/1/2010. The ATG was in alarm. I asked for the alarm list to be printed. It was and list was cleared. The ATG "com status" was OKAY at the conclusion of the visit. ART and permanent tags were affixed. FR was documented by the CFO 1/28/2010 for self assurance.	JANET GASTINEAU
