6/14/2013	Complaint of "brown water at Pilot". Chlorine residuals were checked and found to be OK both at the Pilot Truck stop and at Sapp Bros. On-site softening system backwash frequency had to be adjusted to account for incresed water use at the Pilot which may have been the source of the brown water (iron).	THAD NANFITO
