6/28/2011	Visited facility to observe preparations for upcoming floods. Berms have been installed around the water treatment plant and the well. The vent on the well was raised approximately 10 - 15 feet. Berms have been installed around the truck stop building itself. Photographs were taken.	KEITH WILKEN
