10/16/2012	Follow up for April '12 Complaint. I asked Scott to have UNI small business assistance conduct a confidential audit to help him out with compliance. Scott says UNI never called back to schedule a visit. While onsite I observed no labels on PCB and Mercury containers and no dates listed on the outside of the containers. Only 3 capacitors were present and no mercury switches although Scott stated he demanufactures 30-40 appliances/month. On 10/15/12 I sent Scott an email with labels for PCB and Mercury attached and asked again that he call UNI small business assistance for help.	BRIAN JERGENSON
