7/19/2022	EPA conducted a routine inspection. A recent renewal of the NPDES permit has eliminated the effluent violations associated with Outfall 003. Outfall 003 was removed from the current permit as it was determined that monitoring was no longer needed at this location and that monitoring can be moved to Outfall 005. A NOPF was issued to NuStar for not maintaining records as required by the SWPPP and NPDES permit.	ALISON MANZ
