12/20/2017	Kurt Levetzow and I visited the CRT recycling facility to assess the current status. Bryce Stalcup, the facility manager, escorted us around the facility. The facility continues to accept and process multiple electronic devices. The resale portion of their facility has expanded and now includes cell phones and tablets. The shredder unit was not in operation and only shreds circuit boards now. CRTs have not been shredded for about 2 years. Collected dust from the shredder unit contains precious metals and it now sold. No other processes appeared to have changed or been altered significantly. A 3rd party (contractor) audit indicated a few labeling issues, but the facility has addressed those. This facility is now ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and R2 (Responsible Recycling) certified. The facility appeared to be in compliance at this time.	BRIAN LEE
