2/5/2020	The facility is reporting discolored (pink/red/orange) effluent. This facility has had this happen 2 times in the past. Rembrandt is working with ISG on resolving the issue. David Miller and Jacob Donaghy visited the facility and met with Greg Kemnitz of Rembrandt and Emily Meerdink of ISG. Discolored effluent was observed from the lagoon discharge until its confluence with a large culvert coming from the east. Both Greg and Emily were reminded to keep the Field Office up to date on their progress. An NOV for WQ Violation will be sent.	JACOB DONAGHY
