4/9/2019	Visited site to check on status of discolored discharge from their lagoon system. Documented general WQ violation for objectionable color in receiving stream. They indicated that they have determined the cause to be excessive populations of bacteria from the Pedobacter genus and they're working to find a solution. They added Waste Away to try to correct the bacterial imbalance, but it does not appear to be helping. An NOV was sent 4/4/19 requiring response by 5/15/19 with plan to resolve the discoloration and prevent further violations.	SHEILA KENNY
