7/21/2016	Mike Smith, Amie Davidson, and I met with Ames officials (Doug Luzbetak, John Joiner, Bill Schmitt, et al.) in Ames to discuss the city landfill closure. We went through items listed in a letter dated 6/17/16 from Mike Smith. The focus was mainly on the steep slopes and how we would accept them, but require regular monitoring.	BILL GROSS
