7/30/2020	The active cell and new cell construction were also observed at the time of the closed inspection. Cover appeared adequate and litter was being controlled at the active cell. The fill area was not too large or unnecessarily steep. The new cell will be finished in a few weeks and automobile fluff will be the drainage layer. Specific waste will be split and shifted for a few months between the new cell and the current active cell. The solidification pit as well as the haul road will eventually be relocated and the current active cell elevated to a uniform height. Signage was in place to effectively guide haulers to the correct areas and will be updated as needed with the upcoming changes. Due to high amounts of shingle loads being landfilled (May 2020 hail storm), shingles are being utilized as road base where needed throughout the active cell. Clean shingles are still being stockpiled and are planned to be ground up for an asphalt project. Glass is being crushed and utilized for roads as well as drainage media.	BRIAN LEE
