12/20/2017	Kurt Levetzow and I visited the facility to discuss the status of the site and their EMS program. We met with Kathy Morris and Brian Seals and reviewed the current status of the facility and also what they have reviewed, changed, and/or discovered regarding their EMS program. They provided detailed info and the items they have made more efficient and the plans for the near future. We also reviewed site conditions and the working face. Litter was observed away from the working face, but staff had been dedicated to pick it as soon as feasible. The facility appeared to be in general compliance at this time.	BRIAN LEE
