3/11/2020	Meeting with DNR engineers Nina and Geoffrey, Jim Thiese, Mark White, Todd Whipple, Chuck concerning an unapproved trench that was excavated along the east side of the landfill, outside the waste border. Mr. Whipple explained it was to oxygenate the water that was showing high levels of metals, especially cobalt. We also observed a leachate seep along the southeast side of the landfill. Both items discussed are being addressed and a follow up visit will take place this spring.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
